This is the editing guide for the Politiball wiki. Follow these as semi-rules and you'll have no issue, but if you don't then your page might be given the "stub" template or outright deleted.
General Tips
The best way to learn MediaWiki's code is to look at what other pages do and repeat what they do. You can view the source code of pages by clicking the "edit source" button and not save any changes, which lets you learn how the code works. You also have your own sandbox at YourUsername/sandbox in the menu on the top right to experiment with the code without unintentionally ruining the page.
Please do not use visual editor, always use source editing.
If you use ChatGPT or any other AI tool to write your article, you WILL be muted.
Infoboxes
Each different type of page has a different infobox template:
- Use Template:Party for parties.
- Use Template:Value for values.
- Use Template:Ideology for ideologies.
To learn what goes in what places, just look at how other pages do it and copy it from them substituting information OR if i got around to it there should be a guide on each on what to put in each. if there's none in like a week after i type this spam ping me on the discord and vandalise my user page
