Hoppeanism

Hoppeanism is the political ideology of prominent anarcho-capitalist thinker Hans-Hermann Hoppe that places a special emphasis on decentralized communities known as covenant communities and the freedom of association. The ideology tends to be socially conservative in nature (not to be confused with Paleolibertarianism).

Despite being socially conservative in nature, it should not be confused with Paleolibertarianism, as Hoppe was critical of several paleolibertarian viewpoints and strategies, for instance his opposition to the "paleo alliance" spearheaded by several paleolibertarians.

It should also not be confused with File:Pinochetism_icon.png Pinochetism. Despite the memes associated with Hoppeanism, Hoppe and most thinkers associated with him do not actually support throwing people out of helicopters, or any other violent and coercive means of physical removal, instead preferring exclusionary behaviour.
